Brandy Old Fashioned

Rocks Glass

Ingredients

• 1.25 oz. Star Union Spirits Immature Cherry Brandy
• 1 Sugar Cube
• 3 Drops Prohi-Bitters
• 1 Luxardo Cherry
• 1 Orange Slice
• Seltzer Water

Instructions

• Add Sugar Cube, Bitters, Luxardo Cherry (with a small amount of syrup), an Orange Slice and a splash of Seltzer Water to Rocks Glass and muddle
• Add ice, Cherry Brandy and top off with Seltzer Water
• To garnish, add an additional Luxardo Cherry and Orange slice to the rim
• Drizzle Luxardo Cherry syrup down inside of glass
