Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes our brandy is hand crafted from cluster to bottle in our Peru, Illinois distillery. The essence of Cabernet permeates the spirit from supple mouthfeel to buttery finish. Versatile enough to dress up a cocktail or be enjoyed neat, shaken or on the rocks. Our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes origin from the Los Andes region of Chile in the springtime, and Lodi, California, for a fall harvest. Buttery, creamy and elegant.
