Ingredients

• 1 oz. Star Union Spirits Silver Rum
• .5 oz. Star Union Spirits Gold Rum
• 1 oz. Orange Liquor
• 3 Drops Black Walnut Bitters
• Sour Mix

Instructions

• Shake Silver Rum, Orange Liquor, Black Walnut Bitters and Sour Mix and strain over fresh ice
• Use a bar spoon to float the Gold Rum over the top
• Skewer a maraschino cherry and a pineapple chunk for garnish
