Star Union Spirits Rested Agave Spirit was distilled from Weber Blue Agave nectar sourced from the northern hills of Guadalajara, Mexico. The fermented Agave was distilled in Plainfield, Illinois in small batches. The Rested Agave Spirit was allowed to mature for a minimum of 14 months in American charred oak barrels which allows for a high quality and unique flavor in each batch.
