Star Union Spirits Silver Agave was distilled from Weber Blue Agave nectar sourced from the northern hills of Guadalajara, Mexico.

After a slow and steady fermentation, it was distilled in small batches in a hybrid, pot/column still. Star Union Spirits is reinventing Agave-based craft spirits in small batches.
