• Tom Collins Glass

Ingredients

• 2 oz Star Union Spirits Vodka
• ¼ wedge of Lemon
• ½ Teaspoon Turbinado Cane Sugar
• 5 oz Lemonade
• Lemon twist

Instructions

• Rim the Tom Collins glass with Turbinado Sugar. Add Lemon Wedge to bottom of the glass and muddle. Being sure you do not muddle the rind. Fill glass with ice.
• Combine 2 oz Star Union Spirits Vodka, Lemonade and ¼ teaspoon Turbinado Sugar in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Fill the Collins glass. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
